Refund policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All Omnia Intelligence products are digital. Upon purchase, files are delivered immediately and access is granted in full. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds once a download has been accessed or a file has been delivered.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Each listing details exactly what is included, the file format, and how the product is delivered.
If something goes wrong on our end
If your files fail to deliver, arrive corrupted, or the wrong files are sent, we will resolve this immediately. Contact us at emily@omniaintelligence.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We will resend the correct files within 24 hours or issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
If you change your mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase of the wrong product, or dissatisfaction based on expectation rather than product fault. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please review the full description or contact us before purchasing.
Duplicate purchases
If you purchase the same product twice in error, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.
Bundles
Bundle purchases are non-refundable once any file within the bundle has been accessed.
