Omnia Intelligence (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you purchase a product or sign up to our mailing list, we collect: your name and email address, your billing address and payment details (processed securely via Shopify Payments — we do not store card data directly), and records of your purchases and download history.

When you visit our website, we may collect: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site. This is collected via cookies and analytics tools (see Cookies below).

How we use your data

We use your data to: fulfil your order and deliver digital files, send order confirmation and support communications, send marketing emails if you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time), and improve our products and website experience.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data under the following legal bases: contract (to fulfil your order), legitimate interests (to improve our services), and consent (for marketing communications).

Third-party processors

Your data is processed by trusted third parties necessary to operate our business: Shopify (e-commerce platform and payment processing), ConvertKit (email marketing), and Google Analytics (website analytics). Each processor maintains their own privacy policy and appropriate safeguards.

Data retention

We retain order and transaction data for 7 years in accordance with UK financial record-keeping requirements. Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your rights below).

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to: maintain your session, process payments securely, and analyse website traffic. You will be presented with a cookie consent notice on your first visit. You may withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
